The special tooling design can realize single cavity and multi-cavity of fully capped fence with high-speed extrusion.
Technical Features：
The special fence co-extrusion die flow channel technology is adopted to solve the uniformity of the co-extrusion layer of materials such as PVC/PMMA/ASA. The gloss plate at the entrance of dry calibrator ensures the surface quality of the profile. By replacing the die plates and mandrels, different wall thicknesses of fence can be achieved.
